2PS1 is a four-storey ramp-up warehouse facility with ample open yard space. It incorporates the latest warehouse specifications to suit various warehousing requirements. The functional layout and specifications of the warehouse feature floor-to-ceiling height of 11.88 to 12 metres and floor loading of 25.0kN/m². Located at the intersection of Gul Lane, Pioneer Sector and Pioneer Lane, it is accessible to several major expressways including Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE). 2PS1 is a 20-minute drive to the upcoming Tuas Port which is slated to be the world's largest fully automated terminal when completed in 2040.
