Our Team

Bart was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Vita Partners in January 2025. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Vita Partners’ strategic growth plans, identifying opportunities to scale the platform and generating strong returns for its investment partners. Bart has over 20 years’ experience in real estate / infrastructure investments and capital markets across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Vita Partners, Bart was Head of Growth Markets Real Assets at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council where he oversaw Asia Pacific real estate and Asia Pacific / Latin American infrastructure. Prior to joining ADIC, he held roles at GIC Real Estate, Charter Hall, Macquarie Capital and Ashurst. Bart holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

LK was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Vita Partners in December 2024. In this role, LK oversees corporate operations, business governance, origination and key account management for the project & construction management business. 

LK has over 28 years’ experience with Lendlease involving multiple Singapore / Asia wide leadership roles within the Project Management & Construction business (including Operations Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, Asia Head of Operations and Regional Director).

LK holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Singapore chapters of the Institution of Engineers and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.

Geoff was appointed Head of Asset Management, Singapore in February 2025.  In this role, he is responsible for driving performance at both the asset and portfolio levels, actively supporting the realisation of Fund strategies. He also contributes to the development of new investment products for the platform. Geoff has over 15 years’ experience in real estate across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Vita Partners, Geoff was General Manager of Asset Management for Lendlease’s Industrial and Logistics Platform in Australia. Before Lendlease, Geoff held roles at The GPT Group and JLL. Geoff is a Certified Practising Valuer and Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from Western Sydney University.

Armand joined Vita Partners in January 2025 as Senior Investment Manager. Prior to joining Vita Partners, Armand was a Principal at KKR in the European real estate team based in London. At KKR he was responsible for acquisitions and disposals across multiple countries and asset classes including industrial and logistics, student housing, hospitality, and office. Prior to joining KKR, he spent three years working in GIC’s European real estate team and at Barclays in power, utilities & infrastructure investment banking. Armand graduated from HEC Paris with a MSc in Management and received a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick.

Jimmy was appointed Head of Property Management (Singapore) and Key Executive Officer (Singapore) of Vita Partners in February 2025. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the property management, leasing and marketing activities for the assets in Singapore under Vita Partners’ management. Jimmy has over 30 years of experience in asset / property management, development management as well as leasing and marketing with experience across multiple markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Vita Partners, Jimmy was the Deputy CEO for Indeco Engineers (Pte) Ltd in charge of the facilities management business managing more than 17 million sq ft of public buildings. Before Indeco, Jimmy was Head of Asset Management and General Manager for Property Management at Cache Logistics Trust. Jimmy holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management, both from University of Reading (UK). He also holds a real estate agent licence from the Council for Estate Agencies.

Hui Hua joined Vita Partners in February 2025 as General Manager, Finance. In this role, Hui Hua is responsible for the finance function at Vita Partners. Prior to this appointment, Hui Hua was Chief Financial Officer of the Soilbuild REIT Manager (November 2014 to January 2025) and Chief Financial Officer of Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd (January 2013 to October 2014). Prior to joining Soilbuild in 2009, Hui Hua worked at PwC Singapore as an Audit Manager. Hui Hua holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. In addition, she is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and certified internal auditor under the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Gong was appointed as Head of PCM China in August 2024. In this role, Gong is responsible for all project and construction management for Vita Partners in China. In addition, he is leading the overall China business strategy / operations. Gong has over 29 years’ work experience of which 17 years were at Lendlease. Since 2017, Gong has been responsible for the China project management and construction business. In addition, Gong has worked at global leading life sciences companies and multinational project engineering and management companies in their China businesses.

Yi Wei was appointed Senior Portfolio Manager, LINO Fund, in 2022. Yi Wei is a real estate investment professional with more than 17 years of experience across fund management, investment, development and capital raising across key Asia Pacific markets. Yi Wei has over 8 years’ experience with Lendlease where she was with the Investment and Capital Markets team, involved in key transactions including Paya Lebar Quarter, The Exchange TRX, establishment of the Vita Partners platform and acquisition of a ~S$1.6B portfolio in Singapore. Yi Wei holds a double degree in Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Management, Finance from the Singapore Management University.

Rona is a Senior Manager in the  People & Culture function based in Shanghai, China. In this role, Rona is responsible for leading the Vita Partners’ human resources function. Rona has over 20 years’ experience in human resources including in project management and construction, development and asset operations. Rona joined Lendlease in 2000 and has been involved in HR full functional management for various business units and enterprise functions.
